Sri Lanka is an island nation in South Asia, surrounded by the Indian Ocean, Bay of Bengal, and the Gulf of Mannar. It is divided into nine provinces and 25 districts, with Sri Jayewardenepura-Kotte as the capital city and Colombo being the largest city.

Itinerary
Day 1 : (Kandy) Arrive Colombo; Transfer to Kandy

Welcome to Island Nation Sri Lanka. On arriving at Colombo International airport, meet our local tour co-ordinator at the specified area and he will drive you to Kandy. Kandy is both an administrative and religious city and is also the capital of the Central Province. Kandy is the home of the Temple of the Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa), one of the most sacred places of worship in the Buddhist world. It was declared a world heritage site by UNESCO.

En route visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. In the evening witness the cultural dance show.

Later return to hotel. Check-in and relax. Overnight stay at hotel in Kandy.

 

Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage – set amongst the verdant hills of Kegalle is a unique orphanage, where the tiny tots weigh 60 kg or more. This is the Pinnewela Elephant Orphanage, the world's first and only elephant orphanage established to feed, nurse and house young elephants lost or abandoned by their mothers. Other occupants are elephants displaced from their natural environs by development projects or those found wounded. Visitors could see the baby elephants being fed milk from gigantic feeding bottles or bathed in the river which flows nearby – an unforgettable sight! Established in 1975, by the Wildlife Department and National Zoological gardens which subsequently led to a breeding programme through which more than twenty five elephants have been born since 1984.

Day 2 : (Kandy) Kandy City Tour

After a fill at morning breakfast, you will be picked from hotel for a city tour including Kandy basaar, Gem museum temple of the tooth relic & Peradeniya botanical. After tour, return to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Kandy.

Day 3 : (Nuwara Eliya) Transfer to Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast  check out from Kandy hotel. You will be picked from hotel and will proceed to Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka's premier hill resort with a fine bracing mountain climate, NuwaraEliya is also the heart of Sri Lanka's tea country, producing some of the world’s best tea.  The mountain slopes and valleys are a carpet of velvety green tea plantations, interspersed with gushing streams and tumbling waterfalls. Red or green roofed plantation bungalows, English country style homes and hotels with lovely flower gardens, a fine 18 hole golf course and a racecourse gives NuwaraEliya a decidedly British character.

 

En route visit Ramboda hanuman temple & Ramboda water fall then proceed to Nuwara Eliya. Check-in at hotel and relax. Later in the evening do a city tour in Nuwara Eliya including tea factory & tea plantation. Later return to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Nuwara Eliya.

 

Day 4 : (Bentota) Transfer to Bentota

After breakfast, check-out from Nuwara Eliya hotel and proceed to Bentota, situated on the south west coast, at the confluence of the sea and the Bentota river, the sun drenched location and its golden, palm-fringed beaches which border the warm, sparkling waters of the Indian Ocean made it a natural choice for development as the first tourist resort. Today it is known in Sri Lanka’s global tourist markets as a highly attractive holiday resort with a wide and varied choice of distinctive hotels to suit every taste and purse. Bentota has a complete range of tourist facilities, great seafood and very popular water sports centres which provide boating, water skiing, jet skiing, snorkelling and wind surfingwhich provide boating, water skiing, jet skiing, snorkelling and wind surfing. En route visit Turtle Hatchery Farm in Kosgoda.

In the evening do Madhu river boat ride ( optional ), which flows across Balapitiya (approx 80kms down south from Colombo) is one of the rarely visited and unspoiled attractions any nature lover can find in Sri Lanka. She boasts of having a cluster of 64 small islands scattered along her path and the most of which are uninhabited and covered with mangroves. Later return to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Bentota.

Day 5 : (Bentota) Day at leisure

After a sumptuous breakfast, the day is free for you to explore at you own pace or you can opt  for water sport. (On your own expense). Overnight stay at hotel in Bentota.

Day 6 : (Colombo) Transfer to Colombo

After breakfast, check-out from Bentota hotel and proceed to Colombo. En route do a city tour of Colombo. Like many capital cities in developing countries Colombo is fast changing its face. almost overnight, skyscrapers arise from where old buildings once stood, yet in some parts, the old world charm is retained. A 100-year-old clock tower and several British built, colonial buildings are still to be seen in the city.  The Pettah bazaar – where one can shop for bargains, a Hindu and a Buddhist temple, residential areas where you find the stately homes of the affluent, the Colombo museum, the Bandaranaike memorial international conference hall – an outright gift to Sri Lanka from the people’s republic of china, the new parliament in Sri Jayawardenapura and the folk art center are some of the places of interest that one can visit to. Later check-in at hotel and relax. Overnight stay at hotel in Colombo.

Day 7 : (Colombo) Departure

Enjoy your last day in Sri Lanka. Later in the evening transfer to Colombo International Airport for your flight back home. Bid goodbye to the lovely city with lifetime memories. We hope you had a great trip and you would come to us again for your next travel plan.

Package Overview

  • 10% of full tour cost - 60 days prior to arrival.
  • 25% of full tour cost - 30 days prior to arrival.
  • 50% of full tour cost - between 15 & 29 days prior to tour.
  • 75% of full tour cost - between 14 & 7 days prior to tour.
  • 100% within 7 days prior to tour.

  • Price of the package is calculated for per passenger on a twin-sharing basis.
  • Hotel standard Check-in / Check-out time varies from destination to destination, 1400 hrs or 1500 hrs / 1200 hrs respectively.
  • Prices are dynamic and subject to change unless the booking is put on hold-on time limit basis or confirmed. Rates include only those items specified in the itinerary.
  • Transfers in between 1900 hrs to 0700, 50% of transfer supplement will be charged.
  • Maximum waiting time at the airport shall be 60 - 90 minutes from the touchdown of the flight.
  • Refund strictly as per the cancellation policy given.
  • Package rates are valid for the selected travel dates only and for the room category and other services, specified.
  • The guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort / hotel where they are accommodated.
  • Request guests to be punctual for all tours and transfers. Maximum waiting time shall be 05 minutes for SIC / Seat-In-Coach and 10 minutes for Private.
  • Inter-connecting rooms / adjacent rooms / rooms on same floor / rooms near to each other, smoking / non-smoking rooms / are strictly subject to availability.
  • For any amendment requests while on tour, please request to contact our local emergency numbers and the request shall be subject to availability, with/without any supplement charge.
  • Shorter-stays than the booked stay and early check-out will be regarded as cancellation and hence no refund will be provided for any un-utilized service/s.
  • No amendments (name changes, date changes, hotel change etc) will be done once the booking is confirmed. Any changes possible will be done offline, subject to any cancellation / rebooking / additional charges (as applicable).
  • We do not hold any responsibility for additional cost or adjustment which may arise as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of transportation, changes imposed by re-scheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline/train, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity etc. Also, any subsequent increase in the cost, which may arise from the increase of fuel price, govt taxes or accommodation charges shall have to be charged additionally.
  • We shall have no legal liability for any loss, damage, personal injury arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of your Holiday.
  • Journey undertaken by air, land or sea is governed by the terms and conditions of the service provider.
  • Showing around all the places mentioned in our packages depend upon the availability of time and climatic conditions.
  • It is the responsibility of the guest to carry all necessary travel documents such as accommodation voucher / confirmation, passport, other valid identity proof, flight/air tickets etc.
  • At Religious place like Mosque please wear decent clothing covering all your body & at the time of visiting any Theme park please wear comfortable clothing etc.
  • In case of any immigration/Visa complications, the cancellation policy shall be applicable in full.
  • Please note that pick-up for all transfer and tours will be done as per the details in the itinerary. This document is shared closer to the date of travel and all guests must carry the itinerary during their travel.
  • Insurance is not covered in the package so please cover yourself with an insurance at your own cost before travelling on a package tour.
  • For booking made by Indian Agents / Clients, Pan Card is mandatory for all the guests.
  • We suggest you to select a half day tour if you are arriving or departing on that day.
